Helpdesk mobile application

The mobile application serves as an online interface for working with CP Help Desk. It is multiplatform, so it can be used with all the major operating systems for mobile devices (Android, iOS).

For whom?

The application is designed for the problem solvers; they can see all the important information in tasks:

  • Task number
  • Subject of the request
  • Start/end date
  • Premises information (address)
  • Request description

What can the application do?

  • The problem solver has the ability to edit the task,
  • postpone the request,
  • start navigation from the address,
  • dial a phone number,
  • send an e-mail,
  • add the device from the warehouse,
  • create a new device...
  • It can also create a custom job sheet, including the customer’s electronic signature.

The mobile application can scan barcodes and QR codes, perform full text search, move devices between sites (warehouses) and create new devices.
